The packaged arrived beautifully wrapped, which surprised me and then when I saw the check list of who "lovingly packed, checked" etc. and I thought that was such a nice touch. I haven't been able to use the product as yet as, well, life threw a curve ball and haven't been able to try it as yet. It was a very hot day when the cones arrived, but the henna still felt like there was a paste in the cone, not a liquid, like I found with another brand. I'm very much looking forward to the time in the future to actually use the henna.
