The easiest way to warm up into manifesting is to start focusing your thoughts on what you want vs what you don't want. Sounds easy right? Don't be alarmed if you are flooded with thoughts of what you want, or if you can't think of a single thing. Manifestation is a practice that's ever changing.
It's a great idea to start a manifesting journal so you can jot down what you want, what you are thankful for and to check in with yourself.
When manifesting it is good to use language as if you already have the thing you want, For example "My bank account is overflowing" rather than "I want more money". Using this kind of language thanks the universe for what you already have and raises your vibrations to that level so you can receive even more.
You can choose to write out your manifestations multiple times, speak it aloud or just think and visualize it.
